Three police officers were at the weekend arrested for causing the death of a woman in Elgeyo Marakwet county. The three are accused of raiding the Chang'aa den of the woman, as they tried to arrest her. Officials termed the case unique, which would serve as a warning to the law enforcement agencies. The three were at the weekend arrested ahead of their planned arraignment. Such incidents are common in public places whereby, whenever law enforcement agencies raid in an operation, people are injured or at times die in the process.
