The three included a director of the Silver Bells Academy, Margret Indaasi, and head teacher of the school, Donald Lumwagi. Also charged was a third suspect, Allan Kenyatta, who faced eight counts, including impersonating a director of education from the Ministry of Education. She denied that on October 30, 2024, she was found operating Silver Bells Junior Academy, which is not registered with the Ministry of Education. The court was packed with parents from the Silver Bells Junior School, which has since been shut down due to the exam fiasco.
