Three arrested in connection with fatal shooting in LucanThe man’s burnt remains were left inside the vehicle overnight after it was discovered in Mount Andrew Rise in Lucan on November 18. Both males are being detained under the provisions of Section 50 of the Criminal Justice Act 2007, while the female is being held under the provisions of Section 30 of the Offences Against the State Act 1939. All three are currently being detained at Dublin Garda Stations.
