NEW YORK—Three men were shot in midtown Manhattan on Sunday afternoon, including one who was an unintended target, police said. Two men fired shots around 4:40 p.m. on West 31st Street between Fifth Avenue and Broadway, according to the New York Police Department. The area is in Koreatown and not far from Penn Station, one of the nation’s busiest train stations.
