BigstockThe doctors are kept in home-quarantine for treatment and to prevent others from being infectedThree doctors from the Sheikh Fazilatunnesa Mujib Memorial KPJ Specialized Hospital AND Nursing College --who were directed to be in home-quarantine-- have tested positive for the coronavirus on Tuesday. “The doctors were feeling unwell, and thus we prescribed them to be at home-quarantine since April 6,” said Rajib. “Afterward, when they contacted us of having coronavirus alike symptoms we sent their samples to the Institute of Epidemiology Disease Control And Research (IEDCR) on Sunday, they were tested positive for the deadly virus,” he added. The hospital authority sent samples of 21 people who came into contact with three doctors and 15 were tested negative. The three doctors are well and taking proper medication at home, while the rest of the operation of the hospital is ongoing, said the director of the hospital.
