Three Edmonton police officers are on administrative leave in the aftermath of two serious shootings in less than a week. The intersection of 50th Street and 137th Avenue where an Edmonton police officer shot a man on Monday. Walsh said that's a reality for Edmonton police officers as well. He said the police service and the police association both have similar supports in place for officers who need them. "It'll be a split-second decision which our members have to make in relation to preserving life or unfortunately taking a life," Walsh said.
