Hundreds marched to attend slain LeT commander Bashir Lashkari's funeral in Kokernag, Anantnag in Kashmir. Lashkari was laid to rest amid pro-freedom slogans, with local militants making an appearance as per eye-witnesses. Lashkari was the most wanted Lashkar Commander with a bounty of Rs 10 lakh on his head. Hailing from Kokernag area of Anantnag district in south Kashmir Bashir Lashkari crossed to POK in 1999. Lashkari was jailed till 2014 and got reactivate as terrorist in 2015.
