Thousands of people fled the Jabaliya refugee camp in northern Gaza on Monday as Israel intensified its attacks. Israel issued an evacuation order for the camp on Saturday, as it prepared to expand its military operation. Residents said they had seen Israeli tanks in Jabaliya, the biggest of Gaza’s eight refugee camps.
