Winnipeg Jets fans lined up at the MTS Iceplex on Saturday to take part in the NHL team's Fan Fest. Thousands lined up on a windy and wet Saturday morning to take in the annual Fan Fest, which included a free pancake breakfast for the first 3,000 people. An ealry-morning power outage at the Portage Avenue hockey facility triggered delays in the sessions. It began around 3 a.m. CT when the arm of a hydro pole broke. The Fan Fest officially started at 8 a.m.
