We have been running a very disciplined shop.One has to look at growth in a segmented manner. One has to look at it in a much more disaggregated fashionWithin BFSI, BFS in some of the large banks etc. we are working with the retail players as well.On consumer goods, it is a little different story because there is growth definitely. We should look at it in that perspective and rather than one number two.You can ask me a question. It is not the first time that one is going through this kind of a shift.
