What history teaches usAfter the Great Depression, a lack of spending meant recovery took much longer than it had to. The owner also has to spend money on electricity, logistic services to get the ingredients to their door, rent, and employees. It’s important for local consumers and domestic visitors to drive change and be economic champions right now. By spending money locally over the next six months, consumers and businesses can be the frontline workers that save an economy.
