A personal card or handwritten letter is the way to someone's heart on Valentine's Day. Anna McHugh from An Post says a personal touch is the way to go. She said: "Sharing soppy posts or lovely dovey things on social media is just cringe inducing. "A personal touch, a personal card, that is the way to do it." People are being encouraged to get their Valentine's Day cards or letters in the post this morning to avoid disappointment.
