The first trailer for a new television adaptation of The Wizard of Oz will shock those expecting it to be like the movie. There, she stumbles into some familiar faces as she heads towards the Emerald City to find a way home. Mirror Mirror director Tarsem Singh helms every episode. The author wrote 13 books in the series, which began with The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. Emerald City premieres in America early January and is currently set to air on TVNZ 2.
