Kavita Tholia, 23, was a proud woman on Tuesday as she bagged the title of being the best 'Traffic Sentinel' in the capital. Under the Delhi Police's Traffic Sentinel Scheme, which was launched in 2015, members of the public can come forward to be Traffic Sentinels. Members of the public can report traffic violations on the Delhi Police traffic sentinel app. The person who reports the highest number of traffic violations is specially recognised by the police. Having reported 8,057 traffic violations in the city, Kavita bagged the top position among the 373 'Traffic Sentinels' that patrol the city.
