Velocity is always going to play, but it doesn’t play unless you throw the ball where you want to. I think you have to trust your development after the command, that guys will throw harder. Our history has been our guys’ velocity starts jumping into the late months of March and April. If you can get some guys that had that velocity and they can locate it, it's a huge advantage. But you have to get lucky too because if a guy is throwing that out of high school, can you get him to campus?
