"Usually I'll use moose bone where it's easier to get here, where we're not allowed to hunt caribou," Winters told CBC Radio's Labrador Morning. Jacqueline Winters started with moose bone before getting her hands on caribou. "I find that where caribou is so rare, and so special now that we're not allowed to hunt it, I feel jewlery made with caribou bone has much more value."
