Killed: Jacqueline McGovern (54) died after being hit by a carA man has been charged with robbery and endangerment of life following a crash minutes after an alleged raid. Detective Garda Brian Davoren gave evidence at Dún Laoghaire District Court of arresting and charging Mr Rowe. He said Mr Rowe had nothing to say. Mr Rowe was remanded to appear in Cloverhill District Court on March 27, for directions by the DPP. Their cases were adjourned to Cloverhill District Court on March 26.
