SUPPLIED In the central western region of New South Wales, Australia, farmers continue to battle a crippling drought which many locals are calling the worst since 1902. When I saw the second, I'd looped down into western New South Wales which had been in drought for years. Apparently there are 28 million kangaroos in New South Wales alone, all competing for feed with the stock. SUPPLIED A mob of grey kangaroos on Oxley Station in the Western Plains of New South Wales. A report by the Commonwealth Bank has put the cost of the current Aussie drought at A$12 billion (NZ$12.5 billion).
