MANILA, Philippines — Police arrested a 29-year-old unemployed woman after she tried to sell online a helmet that she allegedly stole from a courier in Marikina City. Alfonso checked the surveillance footage of the establishment and saw woman take his helmet. The driver then took to the online community board Marikina News to seek help in finding his stolen helmet. A concerned citizen then informed Alfonso that a helmet similar to his was being sold in a Facebook group called Marikina News Buy and Sell. On Saturday, when Biador met with Alfonso in front of St. Peter’s Funeral Homes along Balubad Street in Barangay Nangka, Marikina City, members of the Marikina City Police Station were also there to arrest her.
