The centre-back played his final game for the club in the 1-0 Champions League final loss to Bayern Munich on Sunday. Abramovich 'committed' to Chelsea plan because of Liverpool and CityExpress Sport understands there were advanced talks between Silva and Chelsea in the days leading up to the final regarding a free transfer.
