The leader of Awami League’s Comilla North district unit was found in Dhaka’s Purbachal area early Saturday, 11 hours after his reported abduction. While talking to the media at his house on Saturday, the former chairman of Comilla's Titas upazila said: “They forcibly took my signatures. Talking with journalists, Parvez said: “A man gave me salam when I approached the main gate of my building. When asked who could be behind this, Parvez said: “I have no business rivalry with anyone, but I have political enemies in Comilla. Parvez, who was the chairman of Comilla’s Titas upazila from 2009 to 2014, lives in Lalmatia with his wife and two sons.
