The Maharashtra government on Tuesday submitted documents in a sealed cover before the Supreme Court in connection with the special CBI judge BH Loya's death. The apex court also directed the government to give a copy of the documents to petitioners. However, through senior advocate Harish Salve they ceded to the request and will now supply the report to the petitioners. "It is a matter where they (petitioners) should know everything," said SC while hearing pleas seeking a Special Investigation Team (SIT) probe into Loya's death. The hearing, which was scheduled for Monday, was deferred due to the absence of Justice Mohan M Shantanagoudar, a Supreme Court judge.
