These are the German cities where the most people ride without a ticket

Photo: DPAA new study shows the German cities where people are happiest with the service offered to them by their local transport company - and also where the most people admit to fare-dodging. In Munich, just under three in four people said they were satisfied with their transport company, the MVV. Commuters are expected to buy a valid ticket before boarding the train. This system often leads to confusion among people who visit the country from abroad, who are unwittingly pulled up for travelling without a valid ticket and told to pay large fines.
