Former Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has announced there will be no more talks between the government and opposition geared at addressing concerns by Azimio la Umoja-One Kenya. Wamalwa said the Opposition gave talks a chance but the President William Ruto had not shown interest to make them successful. We want to announce an end to bi-partisan talks on resolving pro-people issues including the high costof living," he said. Speaking in Kamkunji, Wamalwa said it was time for action against the Kenya Kwanza administration.He announced a campaign of defiance and civil disobedience including refusing to pay taxes. Wamalwa said Azimio will convene another meeting on July 7 where a programme for the nationwide campaign will be announced.
