Rogers Place is a highly segregated arena, with large premium areas roped off from regular ticket holders. In the arena’s extremely pricey exclusive areas, meanwhile, washroom lineups are virtually unknown. “We are instituting some changes in our washroom venue processes to speed up queuing and the flow-through time for fans using the facilities,” said Shipton.
