Environment Canada says a heavy bout of rain is in Toronto’s forecast making for a soggy Saturday in the city. The agency issued a special weather statement predicting 15 to 25 millimetres of rain by Saturday evening. After that, the rain is expected to turn into snow. Bring out those umbrellas Saturday because Environment Canada has issued a heavy rainfall warning for Toronto and surrounding areas.
