Canada’s favourite anthropomorphic tugboat is making waves this weekend at Toronto Harbourfront. A 65-foot replica of beloved children’s TV character, Theodore Tugboat, made the journey all the way from Halifax on a mission to promote water conservation. The tugboat’s owner, Blair McKeil, teamed up with conservation non-profit, Swim Drink Fish, to promote Canada’s Maritimes advocate for Canada’s marine industry. “Tugboats have a big job on the water and Theodore TOO has an even bigger mandate now.
