CentralBy Dave Armstrong, directed by Conrad NewportCirca Theatre, Wellington, until November 12New Zealand playwright Dave Armstrong's latest play Central, currently playing at Circa Theatre, is somewhat of a departure from his previous comedies. Supplied Central represents something of a departure for Kiwi playwright Dave Armstrong. In the role of Cherie, Waldron matches Michael perfectly, skilfully playing her emotional outbursts to great effect. Which all comes together wonderfully well under Conrad Newport's direction to make this very Kiwi play well worth seeing.
