Already, there are indications that Peter Kenneth may vie for the presidency come 2022. Kiambu Governor William Kabogo's sentiments that come 2022 Central Kenya will have to decide who to support for the presidency should be taken seriously. His sentiments are a clear indication that the writing is already on the wall; that another candidate will be sought for. This is contrary to what President Uhuru Kenyatta had promised Deputy President William Ruto; that the region would back his bid for the top job come 2022. Mr Kabogo's sentiments are a clear indication that the region will be rallying behind any candidate from the region.
