The world's most liveable cities are not the most lovedChris McLennan Auckland might top lists for great cities, but there's plenty better places out there. When you peruse the list of the "World's Most Liveable Cities" that's released each year by the Economist Intelligence Unit, you spot, immediately, that being liveable doesn't necessarily equate to being lovable. Same with Auckland (No.8) – it's not even the most lovable place in New Zealand. A far more interesting list, for travellers at least, would be the world's 10 most lovable cities. What do you think are the world's most lovable cities?
