The world's first energy-positive hotelA new building just inside the Arctic Circle is promising to be the world's first energy-positive hotel. Designed by international architecture firm Snøhetta, Svart in Norway will produce more renewable energy than it uses. "What is truly special about the hotel is its 360-degree views. No view from the hotel is dull: you see the fjord, the mountains, the sky. Svart is owned by Arctic Adventure of Norway and real estate company MIRIS and it is hoped to open in 2021.
