The New Zealand Herald understands among the people believed to be attending are Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director James Comey and Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) director Mike Pompeo. CIA Director Mike Pompeo. Minister for the Government Communications and Security Bureau (GCSB) and Security Intelligence Service (SIS) Chris Finlayson's office could not immediately comment. Mr Comey was last in New Zealand in March, when he met with Attorney General Chris Finlayson and Police Commissioner Mike Bush.
