Taobao (an auction site similar to eBay)) is owned and run by the Chinese giant Alibaba and has sold two Boeing 747 wide-body jet airliners to a logistics company. According to CNN , the Chinese company SF Express bought the jets for a combined total of more than 320 million yuan (£36.4 million).
