One of the least-known of all Formula 1 drivers was Estefano Nasif, who raced a privately-entered Maserati 250F in the Argentine Grand Prix of 1960. He later popped up again with the De Tomaso F1 car but failed to qualify for the Italian Grand Prix. Nasif Moisés Estéfano was born there in the late autumn of 1932. Nasif was the second of five brothers but he dropped out of high school to help his father run the family business. Estefano won the title in 1963 and 1964.
