The world first learned of this scary ghost through the Japanese horror film titled Ju-On (2002) done by writer-director Takashi Shimizu. Now producer Sam Raimi with director Nicolas Pesce, are attempting another go with the story. In line with the release of the film (Jan 1, 2020) - actress Shaye and director Pesce will be in Kuala Lumpur on Dec 20-21, 2019, to promote the film. Besides meeting with the press to talk about the film, Shaye and Pesce are set to appear at the Comic Fiesta convention, to be held at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC) on Dec 21-22. At this event, there will be a panel discussion about The Grudge, footage presentation from the film as well as as a meet-and-greet with Shaye and Pesce.
