After a huge backlash, Chrissy issued an apology on Twitter, saying: "I'm mortified and sad at who I used to be. I'm so sorry, Courtney. In response to Chrissy's apology, Courtney told TMZ: "I accept her apology and forgive her. "The media has given Chrissy a pass for YEARS as she has monstrously attacked people, repeatedly simply for just existing." Chrissy quit Twitter in March telling fans "her life goal is to make people happy" but the platform was now serving her "negatively".
