Stephen Miller, one of Trump's senior policy advisers, has played a large role in writing the president’s speeches. What’s almost always a winning approach when writing for Trump, people who know Trump say, is to hew to language and a rhetorical style that doesn’t sound too lofty. This is a guy, who although he is a billionaire, has never lost his Queens roots.”That style seemed to serve him well during the presidential campaign.
