It’s 1pm in New York and Julia Fox is “just hanging out” wearing a grey marl sweatshirt, her back against a plain white wall. It’s a conspicuously lowkey set-up for Fox – a fashion alchemist whose improbable outfits have incorporated everything from condoms to literal flames – but there’s a hint of magic still lingering from the day before.
