This is particularly in terms of practicalities and funding, bearing in mind the amount of debts the country already has. In the last few months, the economy has suffered. Resources have been diverted by the government to more pressing issues in the wake of the Covid-19 crisis, even as it seeks to just do with rescuing the economy.
