The new Premier League season begins in less than two weeks and fans of Aston Villa. A set of rules jointly released by the Premier League, EFL, League Managers' Association and a number of other regulatory football bodies outlined a list of the new regulations. The 15 points laid out include details about what conduct is expected in the technical area by coaches and what is no longer permissible for players on-field.
