With help from data analysts at Rightmove, the Sunday Times has revealed the most exclusive streets across the country right now. To be considered for the list, the Times says that a street must have at least five properties on the market right now. So, it revealed that the priciest street in the London (and the whole of the UK) is Winnington Road in Hampstead, where houses cost an average £11.9m. According to the Times’ research, the UK’s eight most expensive streets are all here in London.
