A learning organization can only be built by a learning leader! To lead effectively, the leader must be a great manager of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion. Leadership responsibility also implies a high level of accountability in three key areas. The leader of a team must recognize that the buck stops at his desk. Responsibility also means that the leader cannot be a people pleaser.
