Your further reflexive impulse to ascribe only the most hateful and ignorant motives to people that don’t share your political perspective and voting preferences reflect more the machinations of a shrill ideologue than the probing of a legitimate editor. It appears the timing is indeed right for you to move on to other endeavors. My wife and I will always appreciate the drive and passion you brought to running our community newspaper, but we will not at all miss the brittle arrogance and condescension of your political analysis.
