Sadly for UK skywatchers, the full lunar eclipse won't be visible from the British Isles - we'll just get the vestiges of a partial eclipse. Of course, even if we can't experience the total lunar eclipse, we're still getting a blue moon/supermoon combo that happens extremely rarely. It is the rare event that gave rise to the phrase "once in a blue moon". It's also impossible to ever have a blue moon in February.
