Wotif travel expert Chris Milligan said the online travel site has seen “some fantastic accommodation deals” as hoteliers and tourism operators work hard to rebuild their businesses. The Amsterdam-based site began loading Black Friday deals on November 19 and will continue to add to them until Tuesday December 1 for travel until December 31, 2021. Package deals include flight-and-five-night offers in Christchurch from $365, in Wellington from $499, Queenstown from $519, New Plymouth from $425, and Nelson from $569. Deals include 30 per cent off at the lakeside hotel Edgewater in Wānaka, and 22 per cent off the ultra luxurious Lake Karapiro Lodge in the Waikato. BROOK SABIN Trafalgar is offering cut-price deals to Hawaii for travel until December 2021.
