In the Philippines, the figures are as follows: 8,212 confirmed cases, 558 deaths and 1,023 recoveries from Covid-19 infection. Using the global figures, the total number of confirmed Covid-19 cases is 3,146,200. If we divide the total deaths by the total number of confirmed cases, we get the fatality rate. In the end, it will be as basic as 100 (total confirmed cases) minus (-) seven (number of deaths), equals 93 (recoveries).
