Well, the inaugural Twin Babies Marketing Board publicity video would look something like the new Wiggles song, a deeply forgettable piece of plinky-plonk chirp recorded to celebrate the arrival of twin babies to Lachlan “Lachy” Gillespie. Here, it's been reclaimed as a suitable title for a ridiculously jovial and upbeat analysis of life as a twin parent that could only have been recorded before their arrival. As a twin parent of almost four years standing, I’m here to offer a cold-headed critical analysis of the Wiggles’ work. I think it’s fair to deduce that Double Happy has not replaced Fruit Salad as their favourite Wiggles banger. Good luck, Purple Wiggle.
