In yet another attack by terrorists on India, this time on a rear base of an army unit at Uri, 17 Indian soldiers have been killed. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has promised that those behind the attack will not go unpunished. Home minister Rajnath Singh has named Pakistan and called for its isolation. The agenda of diplomatic isolation of Pakistan has not gone anywhere. The old dictum still holds true: If you want peace, prepare for war.
