The song didn’t originally feature Sean Paul, but his parts were added when “Thrills” was sent out to radio. “Thrills” was a huge hit all around the world, but it’s not the only success story for Sean Paul this year. This is not to say that Sean Paul hasn’t been working—in fact, it’s just the opposite. Their momentum, along with his upward swing, could give Sean Paul even more hits this year, or potentially a string of big smashes in 2017. This new wave of popularity that Sean Paul is enjoying is certainly unexpected, but more than welcome, and it’s wonderful to hear his voice yet again.
