U.S. President Donald Trump and Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping aren’t best friends, but they’re scheduled to meet for the first time at Trump’s estate in Florida as early as next week. Asian leaders who decide to meet in spite of disputes between their countries normally follow a well rehearsed manual of meeting protocol to exude harmony and show stakeholders they’re trying to get things done.
